• Review funding alternatives.
• Price new benefits.
• Financial planning and consultation.

EMPLOYEE COMMUNICATIONS

• Offer personalized attention and communication to every employee in organization to solve all employee benefit issue.
• Prepare announcement literature for new plans or changes in existing plans.
• Conduct employee meetings.

GOVERNMENT COMPLIANCE

• Assist with COBRA implementation and administration by providing this service through Ceridian at no cost to our clients.
• Assist in complying with ERISA reporting and disclosure requirements.
• ACA Compliance

ROUTINE SERVICES

• Assist in resolving claim disputes.
• Assist with eligibility problems and contract interpretation.
• Provide regular, in-person visits to discuss service issues of all types.
